Taylor Hibel of Port Orange competes in the World Water Day 5K at the City Center in Port Orange, on Saturday, March 22. Proceeds are going to install a water purification system in Haiti by Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University engineering students. Funds are still sought for the project.
