Rikke Rosseli, 17, a foreign exchange student from Norway, wraps meals, with 'host' mother Kim McDonald of Merritt Island at the Children's Hunger Project event, held at FIT's Clemente Center, Saturday, Feb. 8. More than 2,500 volunteers helped package $110,000 worth of food for Brevard County children. The Children's Hunger Project sends food home with children, who have free or reduced-cost lunch, at school.
