Arrests listed were made from Jan. 22 to Jan. 28, 2014

Sebastian Police Department

Michael Alexander Kwiecinski, 28, 851 Cashew Circle, Barefoot Bay, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for communications fraud and forgery.

Fellsmere Police Department

Devonte Lataio Lewis, 20, 712 Morrison Ranch Road, Haynes City, was charged with possession of marijuana.

Andrew Williams, 25, 100 Bellbrook St. S.E., Palm Bay, was charged with possession of hydrocodone.

Vero Beach Police Department

Timothy Allen Van, 48, no address given, was charged with aggravated assault and a misdemeanor charge of battery.

Christina Rial, 37, homeless, Vero Beach, was charged with violation of parole.

Indian River County Sheriff's Office

Coleen Ann Frankenfield, 58, 3506 Atlantic Blvd., Vero Beach, was charged with felony battery.

Stefan Dwayne Pinkney, 31, 4125 28th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with felony domestic violence battery and misdemeanor charges of resisting arrest without violence and battery.

Marcos Antonio Rosado, 57, 1383 Croftwood Drive, West Melbourne, was charged with third-degree grand theft.

Johnny Lee Johnson, 20, 4516 34th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with armed robbery with a deadly weapon, aggravated battery with a deadly weapon, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and possession of a firearm, ammunition or electric device by a convicted felon.

Jonathon Carl Long, 32, 422 Ash St., Sebastian, was charged with driving while license suspended, habitual offender.

Joshua Paul Morrison, 22, 700 Treasure Cay Drive, Fort Pierce, was charged with third-degree grand theft.

Richard Larry Wilmoth, 55, 249 Easy St., Sebastian, was charged with aggravated assault on a law enforcement officer and fleeing and eluding.

Christopher John Conlin, 23, 1015 Commerce Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with two counts of violation of probation. He was on probation for organized fraud and burglary of a dwelling.

Brian Gines, 36, 4209 37th Drive, Vero Beach, was charged with felony battery on a law enforcement officer and resisting arrest without violence.

Tiffany Lynn Ness, 32, 8366 105th Court, Vero Beach, was charged with uttering a forged instrument, criminal use of personal identification information, forgery and a misdemeanor charge of first-degree petit theft.

Anton Bruce Elliott, 58, no address given, was charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and misdemeanor charges of disorderly intoxication and resisting arrest without violence.

Kevin Winfred Hamblin, 41, 608 20th Place Southwest, Vero Beach, was charged with aggravated assault and a misdemeanor charge of battery.

Roxanne Pena, 26, 917 19th Place, Vero Beach, was charged with introduction of contraband into a detention facility and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief, disorderly intoxication, driving while license suspended with knowledge and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Hubert Clay Agee, 27, 2140 87th Court, Vero Beach, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for dealing in stolen property and giving false information to a pawnbroker.

Anthony Bradley Arbogast, 26, 1476 25th Ave. Southwest, Vero Beach, was charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant woman.

Andrew Jason Beam, 39, 750 13th St. Southwest, Vero Beach, was charged with possession of ecstasy, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, trafficking in controlled substance and trafficking in morphine.

Matthew Ryan Cheslock, 23, 12820 83rd St., Fellsmere, was charged with possession of burglary tools, burglary of a dwelling and a misdemeanor charge of criminal mischief.

Jenna Hollis Cloute, 27, 1825 14th Ave. No. 22, Vero Beach, was charged with grand theft.

Cristie Lynn Cook, 42, 3680 Old Dixie Highway, Palm Bay, was charged with organized fraud and a misdemeanor charge of contributing to the delinquency of a minor.

Yanik Francois, 30, 2204 Third St. S.W., Vero Beach, was charged with felony petit theft and a misdemeanor charge of violation of probation. She was on probation for possession of cannabis.

Frank John Gallina, 28, 1865 45th Ave., Vero Beach, was charged with cultivation of marijuana.

Derek Shane Lawrence, 36, 1036 26th St., Vero Beach, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for driving while license permanently suspended.

Victoria Rae Berry, 20, 418 Fordham St., Sebastian, was charged with possession of drug cultivation paraphernalia and misdemeanor charges of possession of alcohol by a person younger than 21 and possession of marijuana.

Gary Allen Bloom, 73, 7400 U.S. Highway 1, Lot 41, Micco, was charged with violation of probation.

Orlando Quintana, 26, 14268 Southwest 175th Terrace, Miami, was charged with third-degree grand theft and fraudulent use of a credit card.

Anthony Joseph Trout, 25, 13966 Dalia Ave., Fort Pierce, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for aggravated fleeing or eluding, driving under the influence and possession of cocaine.

Summer Louise Young Evans, 31, 587 13th Place, Vero Beach, was charged with felony grand theft.

St. Lucie County Sheriff's Office

Theodore Sutton, 50, 333 Eighth Ave. S.W., Vero Beach, was charged with burglary of a dwelling with assault and battery and a misdemeanor charge of domestic violence battery.
