PORT ST. LUCIE -- The word is out that the Port St. Lucie Concert Band provides its audience with top-notch performances worthy of Broadway, so get tickets now to ensure a spot for an evening of musical magic as the band, under the direction of Dr. John K. Southall, presents "Music and More," a rousing and moving tribute to film classics loved by young and old alike.
The concert will be held on Wednesday, Jan. 29 at 7 p.m. at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center. Tickets are$6 per person in advance and $7 at the door.
The Port St. Lucie Concert Band thrilled the sold-out crowd at their holiday concert last month, and this musical extravaganza will surely do the same, when the band performs highlights from Wicked, Les Miserables, Harry Potter, The Hobbit, 42nd Street and much more.
Tickets are now on sale and are available at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center, located at 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place, on the southeast corner of U.S. 1 and Walton Road. Tickets may also be purchased by telephone by calling the Civic Center's ticket office at (772) 807-4499.
Tickets are also now available for the band's "From Big Bands to Broadway" concert, scheduled for Wednesday, March 19 at 7 p.m. at the Port St. Lucie Civic Center.
