West Indiana Avenue in historic downtown DeLand will become a food lover's paradise during the seventh annual Taste of DeLand from 1 to 4 p.m. Saturday, Jan. 18.
With a lineup of nearly 30 West Volusia restaurants, Taste of DeLand will once again spotlight the diversity of the area's restaurant scene.
Attendees will have the opportunity to sample the culinary talents of some outstanding area restaurants. There will be plenty of palate-pleasing to go around -- whether you are hungry for tapas from Byte Fragments and Spirits or Square 1, Latin fusion from De La Vega or traditional American recipes from Hunter's restaurant, there's a delectable dish to satisfy every craving. With such a variety of restaurants featured, Taste of DeLand allows guests to explore different culinary experiences and uncover all of the dining treasures the area has to offer.
Participating restaurants include The Abbey, Airport Restaurant & Gin Mill, Square 1, Bearno's, Bill & Frank's Brickhouse Grill, Boston Coffee, Brian's BBQ, Byte Fragments & Spirits, Casey's on the Corner, Dally in the Alley, De La Vega, Dobro's Restaurant, Forno Bello, Fresh off the Hook, Genuine Bistro & Lounge, Hunter's Restaurant, Jersey Mike's Subs, Kermit's Key West Key Lime Shoppe, Let's Party & Catering, Los Dos Compadres, Mi Mexico, Mr. P's Beef Jerky, Mulligan's Tavern & Grille, Oak Terrace Restaurant, Pitmasters BBQ, Rachel's Wing Shack, Santorini Greek Cuisine, Sinatra's Ristorante and Village Subs.
Tickets are $15 in advance and $20 at the gate and may be purchased from the MainStreet DeLand Association, 100 N. Woodland Blvd. Suite 4, DeLand, or reserved online at mainstreetdeland.org.
Funds raised benefit the MainStreet DeLand Association, a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization.
