Haven Recovery, which has offices in Daytona Beach, DeLand and Deltona, has hired two senior managers and started an Access Center that is open for referrals for outpatient and residential services.
Keith Martin will assume the residential and housing services director position. Mr. Martin has extensive experience in operating substance use residential facilities in New York and Florida, including working with adults transitioning out of correctional facilities.
Sara Ely will be assuming the outpatient director position. Ms. Ely has significant experience in working with adults with highly complex needs including serious and persistent psychiatric disorders and co-occurring substance use disorders.
Haven's Access Center will be directed by Valerie Blink, who was coordinator for admissions and outpatient services. All calls made to the access center at (386) 258-5050, Ext. 1, will receive a clinical screening at the time of the call. Callers will receive assistance, including scheduling of assessment appointments at Haven Recovery or in accessing appropriate services in the community.
