PORT ST. LUCIE --
The City of Port St. Lucie and Domenick's Catering will host the 11th annual Oktoberfest on Friday, Oct. 4 from 5- 10 p.m. and Saturday, Oct. 5 from noon- 10 p.m. in the Martin Health System Village Square at the Civic Center.
Admission and parking are free on both days.
Throughout the festival there will be live German music, authentic German food and beer, and activities the whole family can enjoy. There will be a ceremonial keg tapping and parade of flags hosted by the German American Club of the Treasure Coast.
Featured entertainment includes Mr. & Mrs. Oktoberfest Contest, Starr Struck DJ Entertainment, Brat Eating Contest, and the Bob Houston Band.
The Civic Center is located at 9221 S.E. Civic Center Place on the southeast corner of U.S. Highway 1 and Walton Road.
