VERO BEACH -- The Senior Resource Association's GoLine Transportation System will be relocating its main hub. As of June 3, the current hub behind the County Administration Complex will be relocated to Pro Flight Drive at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport until a new, permanent hub is constructed on 17th Street.
In order to accommodate the hub relocation, the following route changes will go into effect on Monday, June 3:
Route 1 - No bus stop at Village Beach Market or at A1A and Live Oak Road.
Route 3 - No bus stop at the 777 Building on 37th Street.
Route 4 - No bus stop at the probation office. The stop will be moved a block north to 16th Street and Old Dixie Highway.
Route 4 - No bus stop at Pocahontas Park.
Route 6 - Bus will not double back from Oslo Plaza (Winn Dixie) to the Goodwill and South Point Publix. Those two stops will only be made on Route 6 before the bus gets to Oslo Plaza (Winn Dixie).
Route 6 - Will service the Vista Royale community.
Route 11 - Will stop at the new Publix on U.S. 1 and 53rd Street in Gifford.
Route 14 - Will not stop at the Harvest Food & Outreach. Center. The stop is now on the northbound side of U.S. 1 and 30th Street. If passengers want to reach the Harvest Food & Outreach Center from the main hub, they will now need to take Route 3 to the stop at Orange Blossom.
These changes in the routes have been posted on the buses and at the affected stops. Notifications will also be placed at the current transfer hub behind the County Administration Complex advising the riders at that location to walk to the Health Department and take Route 3 to the new temporary hub location.
