The Vero Beach Art Club and the Under the Oaks Fine Arts & Crafts Show's chairwoman, Alicia Quinn, presented a check to the City of Vero Beach Recreation Department to underwrite arts and crafts supplies for their 2013 art programs. Each year the club gives a gift to the city from the proceeds of the UTO show to show their appreciation for all their assistance at the many VBAC shows held in Riverside Park and Humiston Park. Pictured is Angie Holhouser, recreation supervisor, with some of the children who will participate in the Recreation Department programs this year along with Under The Oaks chairwoman, Alicia Quinn, VBAC president Mary Ellen Koser, Recreation Director Rob Slezak, and city manager Jim O'Connor.
