Hunter Cavebagh proudly displays her lavender infused pannacotta with plum sauce and sugar snap peas at Thursday's open house at the Richardson Center for the Indian River State College Culinary Institute. The event showcased about a dozen students' work in an informal setting and provided information about programs, financial aid and how to apply for fall enrollment, to those interested in a culinary career. The Culinary Institute now offers an A/S Degree in Restaurant Management and an A/S Degree in Culinary Management, which are transferable to a four-year college.
