Habitat announces new board

Indian River Habitat for Humanity welcomes returning and first-time members on its 2013-14 board of directors. Front row, seated, from left: Rene Donars, Secretary Connie Poppell, Chairman J. In its 22 years serving Indian River County, Indian River Habitat has served a total of 372 families locally and, through its tithes, another 654 overseas.
