INDIAN RIVER COUNTY -- Dyer Chevrolet and Dyer Mazda Subaru presented the 58th Dyer Difference Award to The Hibiscus Children's Center.
This award salutes a nonprofit organization in the county that makes a difference in the community.
Dyer Chevrolet and Dyer Mazda Subaru presented the Dyer Difference Award along with a $3,000 check to the March recipient, Hibiscus Children's Center's center "Strike Out Child Abuse" during Child Presentation month.
The tournament is a signature "family affair," as bowlers raise critically needed funds, helping to continue the prevention and recovery services for the neglected, abused and abandoned children in our community.
"We are glad to help support these children and the services Hibiscus Children's center provides to them," said John Dyer, owner.
To bowl for the event or would to find out how to become a volunteer at the Hibiscus Children's Center, call (772) 978-9313.
