MARTIN COUNTY -- The YMCA of the Treasure Coast still have tickets available for this year's dream house, a three-bedroom, two-bath home with a two-car garage and covered patio.
For the last two years, the group has partnered with developer DR Horton to offer homes in the Murano Community in Palm City.
Tickets cost $10, and the house is valued at approximately $230,000.
Last year, raffle sales reached 62,749 tickets. But this year, sales have lagged.
YMCA officials had projected sales of around 65,886 tickets this year.
Officials said fewer guests are visiting the model house and time to purchase raffle tickets for the March 28 drawing is closing in.
The model house is open for tours every day from 10:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. It is located at 2689 S.W. Gallery Circle, Palm Circle, off High Meadow Road. Customers who buy three tickets at a time are eligible to win a second prize of an eight-day, seven-night Caribbean cruise for two on the Norwegian Epic. That prize is worth $9,500 and is fully transferable.
