Two search warrants served
On March 14, the Stuart Police Department's Special Response Team, along with officers from the Special Operations and Narcotic Unit, executed two search warrants at the same time at 324 and 322 S.E. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., in Stuart. The search warrants were executed successfully without any injuries to officers or the occupants of the residences/
The search warrants were obtained as a result of an investigation conducted.
Deojawann Kelly, 18, was arrested for possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Also arrested was Latoya Jolly, who was charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell within 1,000 feet of a park, possession of drug paraphernalia, tampering with evidence and possession of a controlled substance.
