Tyler Parsons, 2, of Melbourne mans the streets in full uniform, while being pulled along in the St. Patrick's Day parade Saturday, March 16. The 14th annual event was held on Saturday and Sunday in front of Meg O'Malleys in Historic Downtown Melbourne and featured bagpipes, music, Irish dancers and fun for the whole family.
