Palm Bay resident Cathy Evangelo entertains guests at the St. Patrick's Day parade Saturday, March 16. The 14th annual event was held on Saturday and Sunday at Meg O'Malleys and in the streets of Historic Downtown Melbourne and featured bagpipes, music, Irish dancers and fun for the whole family.
