VERO BEACH -- Seacoast National Bank recently hosted two "Treasure Finders Roadshow" events on Feb. 19 and 20, at the 20th Street branch in Vero Beach and Sebastian West branch in Sebastian.
Guests donated nonperishable food items and made monetary donations for Harvest Food & Outreach Center in lieu of admission for appraisals conducted by the renowned local resident expert, Ralph Oko from Treasure Coast Collectibles.
In addition to the Roadshow fundraising event, Seacoast has established a legacy of support for Harvest Food & Outreach Center as a members of the 501c3 nonprofit organization's "Community Advocates" group, contributing more than thousands of dollars for programs that provide hunger relief and hope for impoverished families and the working poor through food, counseling, education and job-readiness programs in our community.
In addition, Seacoast employees also volunteer to facilitate financial-related courses at Harvest's Life Enrichment Center.
