Kelly Katheryn Goll, 30, of 411 Thomas Ave., Cocoa, was charged March 4 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of drug paraphernalia and felony on-site violation of probation.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
Gerod Stefon Duppins, 29, address unknown, was charged March 6 with selling cocaine, possession of cocaine, reckless driving and two counts of driving while license suspended.
