Heathcote Botanical Gardens Education Coordinator Nan Billings introduced foods to children by using them to create art on Thursday, Feb. 28 at Heathcote Botanical Gardens in Fort Pierce. Thomas French, 4, gets help from his grandmother Yvonne Tomlin of Fort Pierce as he makes a butterfly out of peanut butter, celery, pretzels, and carrot shavings.
