A Navy T-28 Trojan puts on a show complete with smoke during the 11th annual Aviation Day at the Vero Beach Municipal Airport last Saturday, giving aviation enthusiasts a close-up look at some of the country's first, fastest and finest aircraft ever to cruise at any altitude. The Experimental Aircraft Association Indian River Chapter 99 (EAA 99) and the Vero Beach Municipal Airport sponsor the event. This year's displays included a 1937 Douglas DC-3, passenger airliner, Warbirds T-28, A-4C T-34 and L-39, Piper airplanes and many others including experimental aircraft like the Sebastian's Velocity Aircraft Experimental/Kitbuilt Airplanes.
