VERO BEACH -- Whether it's an air-conditioning system in a home or in a growing business like a bowling alley, Dynamic Air Quality and Cooling System has the staff ready work out the issue.
Dynamic Air, a family-owned company with an eight-year history in Vero Beach, is all about providing timely, quality work to their customers, no matter the time of day.
Unlike some larger companies, Dynamic Air has a technician on stand-by 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and when a customer calls for service after hours, the phone call goes straight to that technician.
"A lot of places, you'll get an answering service, but not here. You'll speak to the service tech and he can tell you an exact time that he'll be there," said Michael Boyle, vice president and owner.
Mr. Boyle has more than 30 years in the industry and has grown Dynamic Air each year since it was started.
"Dynamic Air has purchased a new truck every year since we opened. We're up to nine trucks," Mr. Boyle said.
The company has contracts to service the local post offices, several medical practices and local businesses and their customer base is growing, and keeping the service quality high is a big priority, Mr. Boyle said.
Even as an owner, Mr. Boyle regularly speaks with customers and learns what their individual needs are, and what can be done to help them.
"When you call for service, emergency calls are our absolute priority," Mr. Boyle said.
Charlie Jones of John Wayne Construction in Plantation, said his company has worked with Mr. Boyle for several years and has always had positive experiences with the company.
"I am 100 percent completely satisfied with Dynamic Air. This guy is the man," Mr. Jones said.
Some common mistakes people make with their air systems are as simple as checking the batteries on thermostats and replacing air filters, Mr. Boyle said.
"Just like people should check their smoke alarms and replace their batteries once a year, modern thermostats should also be checked and their batteries replenished," he said. "Some people don't know that the thermostat even has a battery."
When it comes to filters, the cost of not replacing them can be high, he said.
Bad or old filters can cause the equipment to run inefficiently and breakdown, not to mention dirty the air and aggravate allergies.
"Mold growth can occur with dirty filters. We can install ultra-violet lights in units to kill the mold," Mr. Boyle said.
Shrubs, plants and debris should be kept away from the outside condenser units for maximum production, he added.
Dynamic Air does have rate specials at various times and customers can call the office to inquire, Mr. Boyle said.
Dynamic Air Quality and Cooling System is located at 1120 17th St., Vero Beach. For more information about the company, call (772) 567-2185 or visit www.dynamicairvero.com.
