Frank A. Grady, 54, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with grand theft. Bail was not set.
Antoine Jerel Williams, 32, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with a drug offense and sale of cocaine. Bail was set at $6,000.
Louis E. Atchison, 62, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license, felony driving under the influence and leaving the scene of a crash involving injury. Bail was set at $3,000.
Lake Helen Police Department
Joshua Lee Halay, 36, of Lake Helen, was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with dealing in stolen property and grand theft. Bail was set at $3,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Darryl L. Thomas, 51, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied structure and felony petit theft. Bail was set at $5,000.
Anthony F. Diaz, 28, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $2,500.
Jordan Lee Strickland, 25, of DeLeon Springs, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with fleeing/attempting to elude law enforcement. Bail was not set.
Anne Elizabeth Wilson, 39, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with grand theft and uttering a forgery. Bail was not set.
Jason B. Allen, 31, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with a drug offense, home invasion robbery with a deadly weapon and grand theft. Bail was set at $4,500.
Justin P. McKechnie, 39, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with dealing in stolen property and possession of cocaine. Bail was not set.
Theresa Elaine Kitchens, 28, of DeLeon Springs, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with unregistered motor vehicle and a drug offense. Bail was set at $2,000.
Wendy M. Gibson, 33, of DeLand, was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with giving false ownership information on pawned items and driving with a canceled license. Bail was set at $3,500.
