New Smyrna Beach Police Department
Ahmed Mohamed Abu Saud, 32, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with felony battery. Bail was not set.
Edgewater Police Department
Brian Loren Thomas, 29, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with violation of injunction for protection against domestic violence, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and domestic violence battery. Bail was set at $40,000.
Russel H. Pritchard, 26, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.
William Walker Evans, Jr., 27, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 24 and charged with grand theft and fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement. Bail was set at $60,000.
Randy W. Hutchinson, 20, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with burglary of a structure and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500.
Joanne L. Livesay, 53, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and fraudulent use of personal ID information. Bail was set at $100,000.
Roger Edward Courtemanche Jr., 27, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with dealing in stolen property. Bail was not set.

Chelsey J. Pell, 25, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Feb. 22 and charged with possession of cannabis and methamphetamines. Bail was set at $3,000.
John P. Pezzuti, 37, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 23 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
Amanda Kay Middlebrooks, 32, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 25 and charged with attempting to use the ID of another without consent, grand theft from a dwelling and unoccupied dwelling. Bail was set at $50,000.
Robert Ray Hall, 54, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 26 and charged with robbery with a firearm and aggravated assault with intent to commit a felony. Bail was set at $15,000.
Matthew J. Hunter, 23, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with dealing in stolen property and burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bail was not set.
Raymond L. Quick Jr., 21, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 27 and charged with fleeing or attempting to elude law enforcement, grand theft of a motor vehicle, burglary of a structure or conveyance, petit t heft and trespass. Bail was set at $19,500.
Michael James Collmar, 33, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with felony petit theft. Bail was not set.
Shawn D. Boniarski, 29, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 28 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance and dealing in stolen property. Bail was not set.
