Satellite Beach Police Department

Robert F. Porreca, 52, of 245 South Marco Way, Satellite Beach, was charged Feb. 15 with obstructing justice and simple assault-threatening violence.

Brevard County Sheriff's Office

Anthony Hickson, 38, address unknown, was charged Feb. 18 with disorderly conduct, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and smuggling contraband into a detention center.

Shaun Patrick Wilson, 22, address unknown, was charged Feb. 18 with dealing in stolen property, falsifying information on a pawnbroker trade, possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of larceny.

Richard Perry Zimmerman, 40, of 10 Palmer Road, Indian Harbour Beach, was charged Feb. 18 with driving while license suspended and leaving the scene of a class without rendering aid.

Brianna Renee Manzo, 21, address unknown, was charged Feb. 19 with driving while license suspended, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and keeping dangerous drugs.

Joshua A. Douglas, 21, address unknown, was charged Feb. 20 on an out-of-county warrant, with burglary of a structure using a motor vehicle, dealing in stolen property, grand larceny and falsifying information on a pawn broker trade.

James Clarence Martin, 44, of 55 Sea Park Blvd., Satellite Beach, was charged Feb. 21 with kidnapping-false imprisonment of an adult and felony battery.
