Jazz orchestra will perform iconic tunes

Marc Monteson Promotions presents The Orlando Jazz Orchestra at 2 p.m. Sunday, March 3, at The Brannon Center, 105 S. Riverside Drive, New Smyrna Beach.

The 17-piece big band will perform "A Tribute to the Big Bands III'' and will feature vocalists Linda Cole and Amy Parnell.

Selections include Glenn Miller's "In the Mood" and "Moonlight Serenade," Les Brown's "Leap Frog," Duke Ellington's "Mood Indigo" and CountBasie's "One O'Clock Jump."

Tickets are $13 (or $18 the day of the event) and are on sale at Southern Trends Home Furnishings, 334 Canal St., Gone Bonkers, 314 Flagler Ave., Beachside Pack'n Ship, 1321 Saxon Drive, near Publix, Hometown News, 2400 S. Ridgewood Ave., Suite 22, South Daytona, in the Sunshine Park Mall and The Brannon Center.
