Lake Helen library plans authors book fair March 9
Two-dozen authors will sign, sell and discuss their books at the 18th Florida Authors Book Fair from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday, March 9, at Hopkins Hall, 192 Connecticut Ave., Lake Helen.
"This event offers an amazing opportunity to meet and talk with outstanding Florida authors and award winners," said Pam Swanto, retiring branch manager of the Lake Helen Public Library. "The opportunity to interact personally with an author can greatly expand the pleasure of reading, so be sure to save the date."

The book fair, sponsored by the Friends of the Lake Helen Public Library, is free and open to the public. A percentage of the sales will be donated to the friends group.
