The Sebastian River High School Crew Team took the lead in the women's eight over Gainesville Area Rowing during the sixth annual Opening Day Regatta Saturday on the C-54 Canal. An estimated 250 rowers, staff and parents from 11 schools from as far away as Coconut Grove took part in the annual event. For more information, go to sebastiancrew.org.
