Josiah Todd, senior at Stetson University, in Deland, working on a double major in English and Religious Studies, operates a "Fender Blender" at the Stetson Farmers Market on Sunday, Feb. 17. He is a member of the Stetson University Cycles club that collects and repairs bicycles for students and donates bikes to students if they are in need.
