New Smyrna Beach Police Department
Sonia Sirol, 39, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic violence battery, leaving the scene of a crash and failure to notify of a change of address within 20 days. Bail was set at $6,500.
Justin Lee Shaffer, 25, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with robbery. Bail was set at $1,500.
Nicholas A. Douchand, 23, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with burglary of an occupied structure. Bail was set at $10,000.
Edgewater Police Department
Richard Leo Rogers, 47, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $2,000.
Harold C. Ramey, 46, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with battery. Bail was not set.
Kevin Donald Griffith, 60, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with driving under the influence, a drug offense, possession of paraphernalia and possession of cannabis. Bail was set at $2,250.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Davaris J. Jackson, 20, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with robbery with a firearm. Bail was not set.
Jennifer L. Pell, 33, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with possession of paraphernalia, a drug offense and operating a vehicle with a suspended driver's license. Bail was set at $2,500.
Angela Danielle Sumner, 25, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and a drug offense. Bail was set at $22,000.
David Harold Hempel, 42, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was set at $1,000.
Michael C. Willett, 36, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with driving under the influence. Bail was not set.
Jonathon L. Shover, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and grand theft. Bail was set at $10,000.
David Alan Power, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with trafficking in hydrocodone and possession of a Schedule II substance. Bail was not set.
