Police Report - Port Orange

Editor's note: This is a list of arrests, not convictions, and all arrestees are presumed innocent unless or until proven guilty in a court of law.

Port Orange Police Department

John D. Forsythe, Jr., 29, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license, burglary of an unoccupied structure, giving false ownership information on pawned items, dealing in stolen property, retaliating against a witness, grand theft and burglary of an occupied structure. Bail was set at $4,000.

Steven Lee Fisher, 29, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with tampering with a witness, false imprisonment, battery and obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was set at $5,000.

Kristin L. Greene, 29, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with battery on an emergency medical care provider. Bail was set at $1,000.

Jennifer Lynn Maillet, 34, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with operating with a suspended driver's license, driving under the influence, neglect of a child, leaving the scene of a crash, driving an unregistered vehicle and driving under the influence with damage to person/property. Bail was set at $12,500.

Brian Thomas Nardiello, 39, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with grand theft. Bail was not set.

Velinda S. Ring, 51, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with a drug offense and driving under the influence. Bail was set at $1,500.

South Daytona Police Department

Bradley M. Fasciana, 54, of South Daytona, was arrested on Feb. 9 and charged with abuse of an elderly person or disabled adult, assault and aggravated battery on a person 65 years of age or older. Bail was not set.

Joshua Lee Fields, 31, of South Daytona, was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and methamphetamines with intent to sell. Bail was set at $53,000.

Donna Marie Rositer, 56, of South Daytona, was arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with a drug offense and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $1,500.

Angela M. Harley, 26, of South Daytona, was arrested on Feb. 14 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.

Volusia County Sheriff's Office

Aaron Michael Annatone, 25, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 8 and charged with possession of a firearm by a convicted felon. Bail was set at $70,000.

Pamela Lehman Costello, 65, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Feb. 11 and charged with grand theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

Michael C. Willett, 36, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 12 and charged with driving under the influence. Bail was not set.

Jonathon L. Shover, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied dwelling and grand theft. Bail was set at $10,000.

Eric Allen Etayo, 37, of Port Orange, was arrested on Feb. 13 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was not set.
