Bartender wins challenge
Michele Ralston of Port Orange won the first-ever Red Robin Bar Challenge at the brand's Leadership Summit recently.
For this challenge, team members competed on a regional level, and the best of the best went head-to-head to see who could craft the most creative, crave-worthy cocktail.
Team members themselves voted to determine the winner and Ms. Ralston took home top honors for her Laughing Hyena -- a mix of Patron Silver Tequila, Cointreau, Prickly Pear, lemonade and fresh squeezed lime juice. Ms. Ralston won $1,000 for her winning drink recipe, which also will be placed on the Red Robin menu.
