Eduardo Jose King, 28, of 2755 Cozumel Drive, Melbourne, was charged Feb. 3 with aggravated battery causing bodily harm, producing marijuana, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Selmon Span, 47, address unknown, was charged Feb. 4 with larceny, possession of drug paraphernalia and resisting an officer in recovery of stolen property.

Luis Javier Conde, 38, of 2819 Eau Gallie Blvd., Melbourne, was charged Feb. 1 with four counts of selling drugs within 1,000 feet of a specified area and four counts of possession of a controlled substance without a prescription.
Steven Wayne Hayes, 58, of 2241 Highland Ave., Melbourne, was charged Feb. 1 on an out-of-county warrant.
Ashley Bernard Hillman, 34, of 835 E. University Blvd., Melbourne, was charged Feb. 1on an out-of-county warrant.
Gregory Anthony Raymond, 30, of 426 Marquis St., Melbourne, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and unarmed robbery.
