Jones Drive, Cocoa, was charged Feb. 2 with obstructing justice, kidnapping-false imprisonment of an adult, possession of cocaine with intent to sell, smuggling contraband into a detention center, possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence and three counts of felony on-site violation of probation.
Thomas Arthur Bergbigler, 42, of 260 Bonita Drive, Merritt Island, was charged Feb. 3 with aggravated battery with a deadly weapon and felony battery.
Justin Howard Parry-Hoepfner, 21, 3007 Dunhill Drive, Cocoa, was charged Feb. 5 with possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Rebecca Kimbrough, 29, of 826 Rosa L. Jones Blvd., Cocoa, was charged Feb. 7 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felony battery.

Nicholas Patrick Dunn, 23, address unknown, was charged Feb. 4 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, resisting arrest without violence, attempting to solicit/conspire and possession of new legend drugs without a prescription.
Jeffery James Parker, 31, of 221 South Sixth St., Cocoa Beach, was charged Feb. 7 with felony battery and felony child abuse.

James Marvin Bailey, 31, of 1540 Quince Drive, Merritt Island, was charged Feb. 1 with larceny and resisting an officer in recovery of stolen property.

Kamau Ankoma Brothers, 31, of 708 Prospect St., Cocoa, was charged Feb. 4 with burglary with assault/battery, armed robbery by sudden snatching and larceny.

Curtis James Guinyard, 21, of 1262 Prairie Lane, Titusville, was charged Feb. 6 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and felony on-site violation of probation.

Anthony Leroy Carter, 41, of 1089 S. Deleon Ave., Titusville, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of cocaine and two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
Candice Ann Pendarvis, 47, of 115 S. Walter Court, Merritt Island, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Kurt F. Pfaff, 49, of 3104 Brockett Road, Mims, was charged Feb. 1 with two counts of trafficking a controlled substance.
Melissa A. Rodosky, 24, of 3119 Bailey St., Mims, was charged Feb. 1 with trafficking drugs and producing methamphetamine within 1,000 feet of a school/business/place of worship.

Trevor Dean Stillwell, 20, of 6965 Belfast Ave., Cocoa, was charged Feb. 1 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and two counts of felony on-site violation of probation.
Brandon Michael Ashby, 21, of 5161 Palmetto Ave., Cocoa, was charged Feb. 2 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
