DeLand resident Linda Helmick of the Red Hat Society's Sunshine Divas of Orange City wore a flowering headpiece to the Top That Red Hat Luncheon at Indigo Lakes Country Club in Daytona Beach on Thursday, Feb. 7. The event was a fundraiser for the Domestic Abuse Council of Volusia County.
