Edward Casey

Edward Casey, 83, of Fort Pierce, died Jan. 23, 2013.

He was born in Salem, W.Va., and lived in Fort Pierce for 26 years.

He served in the U.S. Navy.

He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Dolores; a son, Steven; a stepson, Jeffrey and four grandchildren.

Anthony J. Kuchta

Anthony J. Kuchta, 93 of Port St. Lucie, died Jan. 25, 2013.

He was born in Willimantic, Conn., and moved to Port St. Lucie in 1980.

He served with the U.S. Coast Guard.

He is survived by his wife of 58 years, Helen and several nieces and nephews.

Marilyn Savastano

Marilyn Savastano, 82, of Port St. Lucie, died Jan. 26, 2013.

She was born in Brooklyn, N.Y., and lived on the Treasure Coast for 33 years.

She is survived by her husband of 30 years, James; three sons, Michael, Randy and Jimmy; two daughters, Robin and Diane; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

Rita Ann Lavin, 86, of Fort Pierce, died Jan. 24, 2013.

She was born in Fort Pierce.

Marvin "Ace" Anthony Franklin, 54, of Fort Pierce, died Jan. 22, 2013.

He was born in Baltimore and moved to Fort Pierce in 2009.

He is survived by his wife of nine years, Sylva; three daughters, Taria, Lynnette and Terry; a stepdaughter, Melanie; three brothers, Paul, Alvin and Raymond and six grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband of 65 years, Gerald; a daughter, Marcia; a son, Gerry; five grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

She is survived by a daughter, Linda (Steve); a son, Britt; three sisters, Shirley, Betty and Ruth; eight grandchildren, Angela (Michael), Michael (Angela), Wyndi, Cody (Staci), Kelly, Melissa (Mark), Trisha and Brittany; and nine great-grandchildren, Shawn, Bryce, Jade, Alexis, Skylar, Brady, Layla, Hunter and Mariah.
