INDIAN RIVER COUNTY -- A one day beginner digital camera class will be offered from 10 a.m. - 2 p.m. on Feb. 9. Cost is $32.
An armed security guard course will be offered 6 to 10 p.m. Monday - Friday beginning on Feb. 18 and running through Feb. 25. Cost is $141.
Those interested in taking MS Word skills class can do so on Mondays and Wednesday from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m. The class will run Feb. 20 - March 18 and costs $68.
A one day beginning Publisher class will be held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Feb. 23. Cost is $33.
A power point class will teach participants how to design and customize presentations with graphs, charts, music and photos. Class will be held from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m. on Feb. 16. Cost of the workshop is $33.
A class for those who would like to learn English will be held from 9 a.m. to noon Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday mornings at Adult Education. The class is also held from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. on Monday and Wednesday evenings. ESOL classes are also offered at Highlands Elementary from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. on Mondays and Wednesdays in the computer lab.
In addition, citizenship classes are held from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m. Cost is $30 per term ($90 per year).
