Shawn Michael Reynolds, 21, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with criminal mischief and battery. Bail was set at $500.
Johnny Mack Swanger, 44, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 29 and charged with grand theft and burglary of an occupied dwelling. Bail was set at $10,000.

Robert Lee Squire, 25, of South Daytona, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with aggravated battery on a pregnant person. Bail was set at $5,000.

Jonathan Powell, 27, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Jan. 25 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Elbert B. Sipp, 59, of South Daytona, was arrested on Jan. 25 and charged with attempted burglary of an unoccupied dwelling. Bail was not set.
Ryan Michael Garcia, 28, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Jan. 28 and charged with possession of cannabis with intent to sell and a drug offense. Bail was set at $25,000.
