Neil Robert Nichols, 34, of 326 Fernandina St., Fort Pierce, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with two counts of aggravated battery on a law enforcement officer, fleeing and criminal mischief.

Michael Anthony McGillvery, 25, of 1209 Riverwind Circle, Vero Beach, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with felony driving under the influence, refusing to submit to a DUI test, knowingly driving while license suspended and resisting arrest without violence.
Robert F. Piermatteo, 41, of 3638 S.W. Sunset Trace Circle, Palm City, was arrested on Jan. 20 and charged with driving under the influence, refusal to submit to a DUI test, possession of a controlled substance without a prescription and leaving the scene of an accident.
Tammy Sue Conde, 42, of 2092 S.E. Pakwood Circle, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Jan. 20 and charged with aggravated battery.
Vladimir Barrios, 38, of 389 S.W. Belmont Circle, Port St. Lucie, was arrested on Jan. 18 and charged with producing marijuana, possession of marijuana with intent to sell, distribution of marijuana, possession of more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
