Indian Harbour Beach Police Department

Barbara Elizabeth Neil, 38, of 550 Cinnamon Drive, Satellite Beach, was charged Jan. 18 with grand theft.

Brevard County Sheriff's Office

Hunter J. Galvin, 19, address unknown, was charged Jan. 18 with carrying a concealed firearm and felony violation of probation.

Joseph Brian Gibson, 23, of 160 Norwood Ave., Satellite Beach, was charged Jan. 18 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied dwelling, petit larceny, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tammy Rae Gray, 50, of 120 Central Road, Indian Harbour Beach, was charged Jan. 18 with petit larceny, resisting in the recovery of stolen property and felony failure to appear.

Michael John Scarola, 20, of 500 Holly Drive, Satellite Beach, was charged Jan. 19 with unarmed burglary of an unoccupied conveyance, petit larceny and two counts of attempting to solicit/conspire.

Johnny Lee Smith, 66, address unknown, was charged Jan. 18 with possession of cocaine, resisting arrest without violence and driving while license suspended.

Jesse Lee McCormack, 29, of 168 Ocean Blvd., Satellite Beach, was charged Jan. 19 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon and felony battery.

Nicholas Franks, 28, address unknown, was charged Jan. 22 with obstruction of a roadway, resisting arrest without violence and felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
