Xerxes Lajuane Havis, 41, of 815 Varr Ave., Rockledge, was charged Jan. 19 as a habitual traffic offender driving on a suspended license and with having no motor vehicle registration.

Joseph Michael Lautenslager, 29, of 1157 Bailey Court, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 21 with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon.
Caylon James Lidik, 22, of 424 Heathrow Circle, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 23 with sexual assault/battery and lewd/lascivious behavior toward a victim younger than 12 years old.

Michael Charles Cox, 24, of 2943 Shepard Drive, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 18 as an out-of-state fugitive.
Hunter J. Galvin, 19, address unknown, was charged Jan. 18 with carrying a concealed firearm and felony violation of probation.
John Cannon Jones, 21, of 150 McIver Lane, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 18 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of not more than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Johnny Lee Smith, 66, address unknown, was charged Jan. 18 with possession of cocaine, resisting arrest without violence and driving while license suspended.
Michael E. Chitwood, 59, of 5311 Turnstone Blvd., Rockledge, was charged Jan. 19 with felony battery by strangulation-domestic violence and felony battery.
Yvonne N. Wall, 25, of 848 Pennsylvania Ave., Rockledge, was charged Jan. 19 with possession of a controlled substance without a prescription, possession of new legend drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nicholas Franks, 28, address unknown, was charged Jan. 22 with obstruction of a roadway, resisting arrest without violence and felony battery on an officer/firefighter/EMT.
