High school team supports nonprofit

The John Carroll High School Lady Rams basketball team collected toys, games, food and money to help several CASTLE families, a local nonprofit that serves the community.

More than 1,000 children were in need of holiday gifts this year, and the JCHS students were proud to help assist in efforts to meet the needs of others.

"As part of its ongoing mission to prevent child abuse and neglect, the CASTLE would like to thank the John Carroll Lady Rams basketball team for its kind donation to the annual toy drive," said Chris Robertson, a CASTLE development associate.
