Melbourne Police Department
James Peter Powell, 28, of 1598 Auburn Lake Drive, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 14 with possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting arrest without violence, petit larceny and on an out-of-county warrant.
Rockledge Police Department
Charles Conyers, 42, of 5060 Granite Lane, Cocoa, was charged Jan. 11 with possession of drug paraphernalia and two counts of petit larceny.
Sheri Reaann Murdock, 30, of 3 S. Hardee Circle, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 14 with driving while license suspended, felony driving under the influence, felony child neglect and felony on-site violation of probation.
Brevard County Sheriff's Office
Stacey Schenell Ward, 43, of 1125 Woodsmith Parkway, Rockledge, was charged Jan. 15 with driving while license suspended, fraud-giving false identification to a law enforcement officer, passing a forged/altered instrument, refusing to submit to a balance test, felony child neglect causing great harm and felony driving under the influence.
Linwood Scott Douglas, 55, address unknown, was charged Jan. 16 with grand theft auto.
