New Smyrna Beach Police Department
Dale Delgado Wisniewski, 45, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and lewd and lascivious exhibition by a person 18 years of age or older on a victim under the age of 16. Bail was set at $22,500.
Richard Alan Goforth, 46, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm. Bail was set at $1,500.
James Loyall Smith, 33, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with possession of a Schedule IV substance, aggravated battery, sexual battery with a deadly weapon and false imprisonment. Bail was set at $1,500.
David Debenedictis, 54, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with tampering with physical evidence, leaving the scene of a crash involving damage, habitually driving with a revoked license, having an unregistered motor vehicle and unlawfully attaching a registered license plate not assigned. Bail was set at $4,500.
Edgewater Police Department
Jamie Lee McMorrow, 20, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Bail was not set.
William Paul Everson Jr., 49, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
William W. Evans Jr., 26, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance. Bail was set at $1,000.
Zachary A. Zanghi, 18, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance, obstructing an officer without violence, trespassing, grand theft and burglary of an unoccupied structure. Bail was set at $9,000.
David Lee Weatherspoon, 57, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with sale of hydromorphone. Bail was set at $20,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Casi L. Freeman, 27, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of methamphetamines and a new legend drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $5,500.
Cheryl C. Hodge, 48, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle and sale of cocaine. Bail was set at $22,500.
Patricia E. Siciliano, 42, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer and obstructing an officer without violence. Bail was not set.
Krystal A. Curtis, 24, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with dealing in stolen property, possession of a scheduled IV substance and obtaining a controlled substance by fraud. Bail was not set.
Jonathan C. Gibson, 22, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Jan. 12 and charged with possession of cannabis and a drug offense. Bail was set at $1,500.
Rodney D. Wenner, 47, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with possession of paraphernalia and a scheduled II substance. Bail was set at $1,500.
Angelique H. Crewe, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with passing a counterfeit bank bill with the intent to defraud. Bail was set at $1,000.
Angela Ann Ryea, 20, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with battery on a law enforcement officer. Bail was not set.
Ronnie Lee Hall, 40, of Oak Hill, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with burglary of an occupied dwelling, domestic violence battery by strangulation and criminal mischief amounting to above $200 in damages. Bail was not set.
David H. Hempel, 42, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $2,000.
Michael C. Lomangino, 42, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with trafficking in hydrocodone, oxycodone and heroin, and possession of opium/derivative with the intention of selling. Bail was not set.
Phyllis Ann Adams, 59, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with a drug offense. Bail was set at $20,000.
Wendy A. Cabot, 45, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with sale of opium within 1,000 feet of a school. Bail was set at $50,000.
Justin W. Walden, 30, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with retail theft and possession of a scheduled II substance. Bail was not set.
