Port Orange Police Department
Brian Thomas Pickavance, 26, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with obstructing an officer without violence, fleeing/attempting to elude with lights and siren active and driving with a canceled license. Bail was set at $2,000.
Shane A. Carlson, 32, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with carrying a concealed weapon, a drug offense, possession of paraphernalia, attempting to use the ID of another without consent, petit theft and fraudulent use of a credit card two times within 6 months. Bail was set at $4,250.
South Daytona Police Department
Joshua Lee Fields, 31, of South Daytona, was arrested on Jan. 11 and charged with possession of methamphetamines, driving with a revoked license and possession of paraphernalia. Bail was set at $2,500.
Harald Marquis Felder, 28, of South Daytona, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
Daytona Beach Shores Police Department
Michael Kevin Hennessy, 59, of Daytona Beach Shores, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with possession of a Schedule IV substance and cannabis, driving with a revoked license and possession of a new legend drug without a prescription. Bail was set at $2,250.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
Anthony Demuria, 56, of South Daytona, was arrested on Jan. 13 and charged with habitually driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $1,000.
John J. Kirk, 38, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with burglary of a structure or conveyance. Bail was not set.
James Pascarelli III, 64, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 14 and charged with giving false information to law enforcement regarding a missing person and grand theft. Bail was set at $2,000.
Amber Marie Montenaro, 29, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 15 and charged with obtaining a controlled substance by forgery and grand theft. Bail was not set.
John David Forsythe Jr., 29, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 16 and charged with grand theft and burglary of an occupied structure. Bail was set at $3,000.
Autumn M. Wilhelm, 20, of Port Orange, was arrested on Jan. 17 and charged with grand theft of a motor vehicle. Bail was not set.
