TITUSVILLE -- For those who love the variety of a great Chinese buffet, coupled with traditional, American cuisines, there is a new venue in Titusville.
Buffet Village offers diners a variety of foods, including American, Chinese, Hibachi, salads, sushi and desserts.
"We offer a lot of variety, so, if a family comes in, we have a little bit of everything for everyone," said Jason Ni, owner of Buffet Village. "We have been working on the restaurant since August, and we have always wanted to get into the Titusville area."
The restaurant, which had its grand opening on Jan. 11, immediately gives customers a unique dining experience the moment they enter the door, with a large water fountain and beautiful, colorful lighting fixtures that hang from ceiling.
The eating area is also spacious, and it gives diners the ability to easily access the buffet.
In the Chinese area, diners can choose from different Chinese selections, including lo-mein, sesame chicken and fried rice.
The American section includes such favorites as pizza, chicken nuggets and fries.
Customers can also choose from a selection of various sushi dishes and Hibachi grilled items.
Mr. Ni, who lived in China until he was 12, said his business is different from other local area buffets because he and his staff have an extensive culinary background and knows how to best prepare dishes that diners enjoy.
"We have a lot of experience, and, if we put something out, we will make sure everyone likes it."
For those who would like more than a buffet, Buffet Village also offers a menu with a variety of options.
Buffet Village is located at 3125 Columbia Blvd. in Titusville and is open Sunday to Thursday from 11 a.m. to 9:30 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. During the week, lunch buffet prices are $7.49 and dinner is $10.99.
