Edward Fountain, 52, 7491 Southeast 42nd St., Palm City, was charged with felony domestic battery by strangulation.
Caesar Demond Henderson, 32, 602 Carroll Ave., Bay Minette, Ala., was charged with uttering a forged bill, check or draft.
Toni Strickroth, 32, 3560 N.E. Indian River Drive, Jensen Beach, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for grand theft and dealing in stolen property.
Sandra Lynne Pierson, 52, 2325 Northeast 19th Court, Jensen Beach, was charged with aggravated domestic battery.
Paul Scott McCoy, 44, 5055 S.E. Lisbon Circle, Port Salerno, was charged with violation of probation. He was charged with dealing in stolen property, burglary of a dwelling and giving false information to a pawnbroker.
Hughes Chisholm, 28, 9929 S.E. Buttonwood Way, Tequesta, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana.
John Lee Vukovich, 29, 2802 Southeast 39th Ave., Okeechobee, was charged with dealing in stolen property.

Jessica Ambrose, 63, 30 Winding Lane, Greenwich, Conn., was charged with trafficking in hydrocodone.
Brandon Michael Williams, 24, 3825 Saint Marks Drive, Fort Pierce, was charged with strong-armed robbery.
Montgomery Blum, 42, 3266 N.E. Holly Creek Drive, Jensen Beach, was charged with fleeing and eluding a law enforcement officer and being a habitual traffic offender.
Mary Lambert, 40, 2514 S.E. Snapper St., Port St. Lucie, was charged with being a fugitive from justice.
Mathew Pender, 34, no address listed, was charged with violation of probation. He was on probation for possession of a controlled substance.
Carla Tonzini, 32, no address listed, was charged with child neglect.
Robert William Schmetzer, 40, 1180 S.W. Rio Vista Way, Palm City, was charged with introduction of contraband into a correctional facility and possession of a controlled substance.
Nicolas Keriazis, 33, 1942 S.E. Avon Park Drive, Port St. Lucie, was charged with driving under the influence of drugs or alcohol and possession of a controlled substance.
Michael Francis Battista, 29, 5229 S.E. Sea Island Way, Stuart, was charged with possession of a controlled substance, possession of less than 20 grams of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.
