MARTIN COUNTY --

All local brides are invited to attend a live mock wedding where they will be guests enjoying all the ceremonies and traditions, food and beverages.

On Jan. 13, Eventful Moments bridal consultants will host "Weddings 411," a how-to seminar and live mock wedding at Indian RiverSide Park in Jensen Beach from -5 p.m. Entrance is only $5 per guest.

"Weddings 411" was developed by Cindy Morley, owner of Eventful Moments and a veteran bridal consultant with more than 25 years of wedding planning experience on the Treasure Coast.

"Instead of the typical bridal show that everyone is used to I am hosting a seminar with all types of bridal professionals, speaking directly to the brides and answering their questions," Ms. Morley said.

"Not only will the bride see, taste and touch all that these vendors have to offer but they will have a chance to get to know them, ask questions and get professional answers from experts."

Eventful Moments has hosted many "Weddings 411" seminars in the past, but this time the workshop will include a live wedding ceremony and reception with entertainment, current bridal fashions, elegant decorations and catered food and beverage.

Brides will participate as guests and have a chance to borrow any ideas they like.

"Weddings 411" and the live mock wedding will begin at 1 p.m. with a real ceremony on the dock.

Guests will then head upstairs to the banquet room for a cocktail hour and reception, during which they will mingle with wedding vendors, participate in an ask the experts session, taste menus and cakes and enjoy a chocolate fountain, photo booth, video, music and much more.
