Crime Stoppers of Northeast Florida is seeking information on the whereabouts of convicted sex offender Abdullah H. Mummin.
Mummin has been adjudicated by the courts as a sexual offender as a result of a criminal conviction out of St. Lucie County in 1999. As a sexual offender, Mummin is required by Florida law to maintain his address on file with law enforcement. He was last known to be living in a residence on Monroe Street in DeLand, but Mummin's current whereabouts are unknown. An arrest warrant was issued for Mummin on Dec. 6, charging him with failure of a sex offender to properly register.
Mummin is 5 feet, 10 inches tall and weighs about 260 pounds and has black hair and brown eyes. If you see Mummin, don't try to apprehend him.
