New Smyrna Beach Police Department
Benjamin Allen Powell, 22, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, domestic battery, and tampering with a witness. Bail was set at $3,000.
Heather Ann Kinnaird, 31, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with robbery. Bail was set at $10,000.
Mark Francis Vita, 47, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with domestic battery and false imprisonment. Bail was not set.
Edgewater Police Department
Sarah L. Davenport, 30, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 30 and charged with criminal mischief, neglect of a child, fleeing with lights/siren active, and possession of a schedule II substance. Bail was set at $4,000.
Volusia County Sheriff's Office
James Donald Phelps, 25, of Edgewater, was arrested on Dec. 26 and charged with robbery by sudden snatching and burglary of an unoccupied conveyance. Bail was not set.
Michael James Collmar, 33, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 27 and charged with battery on a person over 65 years of age. Bail was not set.
Thomas R. Day, 33, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Dec. 29 and charged with burglary of a conveyance, stalking, and petit theft. Bail was set at $4,000.
Sheila Ann Tucker, 31, of Edgewater, was arrested on Jan. 1 and charged with habitual driving with a revoked license. Bail was set at $9,000.
Stephen Frank Reyes, 29, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 1 and charged with fraudulent use of a credit card. Bail was not set.
Thomas F. Kegley, 41, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 2 and charged with possession of a schedule IV substance. Bail was set at $5,000.
David Michael Anderson, 42, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 2 and charged with aggravated stalking of a victim after a no contact order. Bail was not set.
Carl Anthony Wilbon Jr, 34, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with possession of cocaine with intent to sell and possession of cannabis with intent to sell. Bail was not set.
George Henry Davis, 46, of New Smyrna Beach, was arrested on Jan. 3 and charged with driving with a revoked license. Bail was not set.
