Ballroom dancing is back
Dancing with music from the 40s through the 70s will take place from 7:30 p.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Sundays starting Jan. 6 at Day's Inn, 3224 U.S.1 in Fort Pierce.
Admission is $10 per person and for mature audiences. No jeans or shorts.

Homeschooled to visit farm
Homeschooled students can take a field trip to the 4-H Farm on Jan. 8 from 10 a.m.-12:30 p.m. Students will learn how their lives are connected to farms.
The cost is $3 per child and parents are free.
After the program, use the farm's picnic tables for lunch. Please remove any trash.

Chinese auction taking place Jan. 19
CA Chinese auction will take place at noon Tanglewood Village Mobile Home Park, 1060 S U.S. 1 Clubhouse in Fort Pierce.
Admission is $10 and includes a hot-dog lunch, 25 tickets and a chance to win door prizes.
